December 2023 Update: Merry Christmas! Year Recap & Praise Report!

Praise to God for an incredible year! 

It is hard for me to process all that has happened this year. I continued to volunteer on board the Logos Hope, serving as the Training Officer. While I was onboard, we visited 13 ports in 10 nations seeing nearly 700,000 people visit the ship. If we also count the people our onshore ministry teams interacted with, I would guess well over 1 million people encountered the presence of God. God opened the doors for us to enter countries that are not typically accessible to missionaries. We were able to see unreached people give their lives to Jesus. God moved in so many amazing ways.

If you were one of my financial supporters or prayer partners, thank you so much. I do not get paid a salary, but rely on the generosity & support of family, friends, & churches. You have helped make all this possible and you have a part in all the truly miraculous things God did. I pray God blesses you greatly for your partnership. I can't wait to see what God has in store for next year. It is such a blessing to serve Him by taking his light around the world.

The need:

If you saw my November update, you know I have been working to raise $10,000. I need to renew my Mariners License that qualifies me to work on ships. I needed to take a class to see this happen. I needed $7350 to cover the cost of classes, cost of trip, and cost of renewing the licenses. I also needed to pay for a trip to a YWAM base Texas for some meetings I needed to attend. I am also hoping to buy a new phone and pay for some other medical/misc. expenses. 

I have seen God bring in $5000. Praise him! He is so faithful. That covered the cost of the classes themselves. I still need to see another $5000 come in to cover the remaining fees of the training in Ft. Lauderdale, the trip to TX, and other needed expenses. Are you able to give towards this need?
