More Praises to God!
I am continuing to see my health issues from the Covid vaccine improve. I am so grateful to God for leading me in the direction that he did for treatment. I would have never imagined that working to improve my gut health would have so much good impact on my health all-around. I praise God for all that he has done in restoring my health so far and the improvements that are still coming.
Tedious, Yet Productive
This month had been full of all those not so fun things that are necessary. Things that are hard to stay on top of from a ship with limited access and time that is full of ministry. I have been working hard at catching up on communicating, updating my mailing lists, updating budgets (researching the cost of living in Texas), updating computer systems/programs to more current/improved programs, transferring data, etc. And let me just say, I am not the most IT savvy person. There has also been a lot of YouTube “how to” videos and reading help forums. 🙄 Definitely not as fun as being out in the middle of ministry on the ship, but this will make me much more productive as I move forward. It has been nice to have the time to actually focus on these necessary things.
More on Corpus Christi Plans and Plans for This Summer
What’s coming up next? As I mentioned in my last update, I am planning on joining the staff team of the YWAM Ships base located in Corpus Christi, TX. I am so excited about what God has in store with this move. I am hoping to join this new team in the fall. So, what is happening between then and now, you ask? The first week of June, I am taking a 3.5 day prayer retreat. I am looking forward to having this time alone with God. It will be so good to spend time processing with Him my last season and what is coming in this new season. Please be praying that the time is an amazing time of meeting with Him, being refreshed, and receiving clarity on new vision.
Once my prayer retreat is finished I will spend a couple weeks getting materials put together for my summer plans. What are they…🥁🥁🥁…I am planning on spending the summer connecting with friends to share about what I have been doing and what is to come. Having people standing with me in what I do is vitally important to it being a success. Would you like to hear some stories of lives changed and the vision of what I want to accomplish?
